Since 2010 Passive Building Canada has been supporting and promoting the sustainable building community. From day one people and organizations across Canada have been supporting PBC through memberships. Without our members we simply couldn’t exist.

How do I get my free tickets to PBC events?

Just login to your PBC account and go to the member only page with ticket links for PBC events.
How do I check my membership status?

If you became a member after April 15 2026, login to your PBC account and you can find details on your account. If you became a member prior to April 15 2026, please contact us to check on your status.
How come I need to create a new account?

PBC stopped using login accounts a few years ago as the web system we moved to in 2022 didn't have a good login system. Membership purchases for the last few years haven't required an account, just name, contact info and billing info. The member system now works will and we are excited to have it available, but a new account is required as legacy accounts have not been carried over from years ago from a different provider.
However, if you purchased a membership on our site since mid 2022 and use the same email for your login you will be able to see your past orders as a customer once you create a new account.
